Creating a corner

So I've never really had a blog before but I like to put my thoughts down on paper, as it were. E-paper will have to do; I like to keep up with today's technology (I'm quite a gadget girl), but there is always that intimacy between pen and paper that I miss. I just don't have the patience or time to write by hand anymore.

In thinking what to put in my blog, I began to abbreviate my life. I'm a mother to a beautiful baby boy (he'll be 6 months on the 7th of January) and step-mother to two other boys, ages 9 and 6. It's a bit bizarre to think of myself in such a family setting since as late as age 25 (I'm 29), I didn't want any kids. Life does change. I'm also committed to a wonderful family-man.

This blog will probably host some pictures and thoughts ... obviously, the abbreviation I put above remains unfinished. I am many more things than just a mother, but nothing else gives me quite as much pleasure these days.
